來自韓國的設計力量 : 韓國與台灣五十年設計交流

1970年代韓國現代設計協會與台灣變形蟲設計協會展開兩國設計交流，之後以白金男教授為首，帶領韓國設計師多次來台，1980年代開始與中華民國美術設計協會交流，1990年代與台灣印象海報設計協會交流，2000年之後與國立台灣師範大學美術系藝術指導組及設計系進行學術交流，這份長達半個世紀的設計情誼，值得兩國後輩持續延續。

為紀念台灣與韓國設計交流五十週年，台灣策展人林磐聳先生攜手韓國現代設計協會會長柳允皓先生，各自邀請該國25位設計師（總計50位），展出過往交流之作品，並以「友誼Friendship」為本次交流展主題，展現臺韓五十年難能可貴的情誼。本展完整的爬梳台韓設計相關發展之文獻、史料與創作，從1970年代韓國現代設計協會與台灣變形蟲設計協會拉開序幕，至本次展覽「友誼Friendship」最新創作，透過這五十年相關文檔，展現臺灣韓國設計發展之脈絡。

 

五個展櫃主題：

2. 1980年代起~韓國設計界與中華民國美術設計協會交流活動紀錄

3. 1990年代起~韓國設計界與臺灣印象海報設計聯誼會（臺灣海報設計協會）交流活動紀錄

4. 2000年代起~韓國成均館大學與國立台灣師範大學、廈門大學研究生設計交流活動紀錄

5. 2010年代起~韓國設計界參與臺灣教育部主辦的IDC設計戰國策、TISDC臺灣國際學生創意設計大賽交流活動紀錄

 

In the 1970s, the Korea Ensemble of Contemporary Design initiated cross-country design exchanges with the Taiwan Amoeba Design Association. Afterwards, Prof. Baik Kumnam led Korean designers to visit Taiwan for many times. The Korean design community started exchanges with the Graphic Design Association of the Republic of China in the 1980s and with the Taiwan Poster Design Association in the 1990s. It further engaged in academic exchanges with the Group of Art Direction of the Department of Fine Arts and the Department of Design at National Taiwan Normal University in the 2000s. The design friendship spanning half a century is worth continuing for later generations of both countries.

 

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of design exchanges between Taiwan and Korea, Taiwanese curator Mr. Lin Pan-song, in collaboration with Mr. Yoo Yoonho, President of the Korea Ensemble of Contemporary Design, invites 25 designers from each country (a total of 50 designers) to exhibit works from past exchanges. The exchange exhibition themed “Friendship” highlights the invaluable friendship between Taiwan and Korea in the past fifty years. It has a complete collection of the documents, historical materials, and creations related to Taiwanese and Korean design, from the exchanges between the Korea Ensemble of Contemporary Design and the Taiwan Amoeba Design Association in the 1970s as the prelude to the latest creation “Friendship.” The related documents from the past fifty years showcase the design development in Taiwan and Korea.
