東方傳統設計道具
「東方」中展示了中國傳統規矩、準繩、道具，包括相傳為春秋著名工匠魯班 所發明的「墨斗」和魯班經，並陳列糕餅模、店章、印版等製作器物、測量物體、建立規範的模型。在呈現中國傳統規則與法度的同時，更透過這些道具，延續傳統文化，並展現出豐富多變的中式設計圖樣。

「東方」では春秋戦国時代の有名な職人、魯班が発明したとされる「墨斗(墨壺)」や魯班経など、中国の伝統的な規矩(物差しやコンパス)や準縄(墨縄)、道具が展示されています。また糕餅模(中国菓子用の型)、店章(店舗用印鑑)、印版(印刷版)など、器物の製作、物体の測量、規範の構築に用いる金型も展示されています。中国の伝統的なルールと法律が表現されていると同時に、これらの道具により伝統的な文化を引き継ぎ、変化に富んだ中華スタイルのデザインパターンが表現されています。
Traditional Eastern Design Tools
The “East Showcase” displays traditional Chinese compasses, squares, plumb lines, and other measuring tools, including the ink marker, which is said to have been invented by Lu Ban, a famous craftsman in the Spring and Autumn Period, along with the Lu Ban Jing. Additionally, items like pastry molds, shop seals, and printing plates used as the models in production, measurement, and standardization are displayed. While presenting traditional Chinese rules and standards, these tools perpetuate traditional culture and exhibit the rich and varied Chinese design patterns.
